RECOMMENDED USE

Take 4 capsules daily (1 capsule every 4 hours with a large glass of water). Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

INGREDIENTS: Beta alanine (84%), capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammoni-um hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
